Jason,
First, the laundry must be sorted and the bed is stripped. (I use Cheer detergent, you know. Spray 'n Wash on stains.) Once the laundry is going, the dusting begins in the bedroom. (For years I used Endust, but I've started using Pledge...I think I may go back to Endust.) From the bedroom, I move to the living room. Everything gets dusted in top-to-bottom order. That way, the dust can fall on undusted furniture.
Then there's the bathroom. I clean the toilet first with Lysol, then the inside with the scrub brush. Afterward, I spray Tilex Soap Scum Remover on the shower walls and doors. I scrub that and rinse (by the way, I'm wearing those bright yellow Playtex gloves and using O-cello sponges.) After that, I use Comet powder on the tub. Once that has been scrubbed with the brush, the tub gets rinsed. Then I clean the sink. I use Cinch on the mirrors and anything glass. The floors are swept and then Wet Swiffered. (For regular mopping, I use Spic 'n Span. <--- Love it!) The very last thing to do is vacuum. Afterward, I sit back and reap the benefits of my magnificent work.
